Like it or not , you can not achieve your fitness goals without cleaning up your diet. It not only improve your overall health diet , you will feel more energized and ready to conquer the world! And when you have more energy , you are more likely to exercise more. Everything comes full circle !

Having a cleaner energy does not mean that reduce the amount of processed foods you eat every day, such as prepackaged foods and non-organic ingredients , and the practice of eating , whole natural foods (vegetables , fruits , proteins lean and complex carbohydrates ) .

Of course , I eat a lot of pre-made foods ( my VITATOPS and VitaMuffin Amys frozen organic foods ) , but I am making an effort to include more specific foods in my daily diet .

However, be aware of what you should stay out of the market will help you start a clean and healthy life.

Opting for organic! Eating organic is a great way to help Mother Earth and that organic food has less impact on the environment ( no pesticides or toxins are used by organic farmers ) and animals that are raised for the power to live more nice compared to non-organic animals raised. Since organic products are more expensive , and nuts . criticize their organic purchases focus on fruits , vegetables . And do not forget to stock up on lots of fruits and vegetables that your super important for integration with every meal!

Stay away from junk food ! Junk food (chips, cookies, candy , candy or something seemingly bad ) are full of refined sugars and hydrogenated and trans fats , which are really bad for you . At first , it's hard to give up junk food, but once you start eating healthier foods, you will want less unhealthy foods.
